Padre Zamora Elementary School conducted the School-Based Roll Out of the Result-based Performance Management System (RPMS) Tool for Teachers last July 6 to 7 and July 12 to 13, 2018. The said Roll-out aims for the efficient, effective, committed and results-driven teachers to have better learning performance and excellent learners. Master Teachers Remegio B. Atregenio, Jennifer M. Blasco and Ivan D. Grulla, conducted the roll out. Dr. Maripaz T. Mendoza, EPS and Dr. Ma. Jessica S. Magayanes, PSDS of Cluster 2 shared their expertise on this matter.

It’s was a productive activity for all teachers. Teachers actively participated during the workshops. A collaboration of mind was evident during the workshop. Speakers addressed issues and concerns about the tool clearly.
